so what you're saying is that Feaster isn't putting a lot of pressure on Mark Jankowski?

Are you going to rank the Canadian teams? I know it early and the old addage that it takes years to determine the winner but i'll go out on a limb and suggest Calgary's choices were the worst of the seven.

Nah, I don't like to rank a draft-- again it takes years to know. I'm going to do a rundown of all 30 teams prospect depth (do a short blurb on Top 10 in each organization) and rank the 30 teams pipelines.

And maybe even a Top 50 Prospect List....?

Hockey Future does that but they never update it and their rankings are so inconsistent there very inaccurate. It looks like a ton of work for you to do!

Maybe you want to delete your post?

Thanks BHuds!

Have you seen Jankowski live, or just video? Do you think he actually has the ceiling the Flames seem to think he has? I know he's young and raw, and it remains to be seen if he can play at higher levels of competition, but I haven't really seen anyone other than Weisbrod talking about him from a first-hand point of view.

Just want to know if there's a chance that this will work out well... lol

Just video for Jankowski. There's a lot of 'ifs' for Jankowski. Can he be a Top Six playmaking center? He has the talent, yes. But he's gotta transition to the USHL and then the NCAA before even sniffing the NHL. Development will be key, and he's going to have to get stronger and learn how to take the puck into some dense areas.

In saying that, I have a hard time thinking it will all come together. It's a long road ahead of him.

From everything I hear, he seems like a 6'3" version of Johnny Gaudreau. Tons of skill, but not a lot of belief that he'll ever be in the big show.

Hopefully they both prove the doubters wrong. God knows we could use the help.

I remember the top teams, you did like the first 15 daily then tortured me waiting like another 3 weeks until you put out the Devils one.

There was a lot of talk during the draft that Jankowski would have been picked if Feaster didnt grab him, and further that many teams were hoping to give him another year, and provided he developed on pace he would have gone fast in the 2013 draft.

Feaster MAY look pretty SMRT if this kid pans out as some have projected him to.

Thing is, if Mckenzie et al didnt talk about him, then he must be garbage.....right?

I think it's going to be something related to a bear.

Maybe Griz, or Cub, or Teddy or something.
